General Sales Conditions (GSC) for Online Training Courses

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) govern the contractual relationship between ORGAN-IMPRO (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) and any person (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” or “you”) wishing to purchase our online training courses (hereinafter referred to as “the Courses”). By making a purchase on our website, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Ordering: To purchase a Training, you must follow the order process on our website and provide all the required information. By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided.

2.2. Price and Payment: Prices for Training courses are shown on our website. The site uses the STRIPE payment solution, which works with Visa cards. Once payment has been made, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you, followed by an invoice. Training courses are non-refundable. Training courses are available after full payment and order confirmation. The price of our training courses includes VAT.

3. Access to training courses

3.1. Access: Once you have purchased a Training course, you will be granted personal, confidential and non-transferable access to it for the period indicated on our website. These videos are only viewable online and cannot be downloaded.

3.2. Use: You agree to use the Formations for personal purposes only. Any use for commercial purposes or redistribution, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

4. Invoice problems

4.1 You must send us your complaint in writing: You have 10 days from receipt of the invoice to send us your complaint. If you have not sent us a complaint, the invoice is deemed to have been accepted. We prefer to resolve any difficulties through dialogue.

4.2 Training courses are non-refundable.  

5. Intellectual property rights

5.1. Copyright: All contents of the Formations, including texts, videos, images, and other elements, are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to copy, share, or redistribute these contents without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. Content and Warranties: We do our best to provide quality Trainings, but we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness. You use the Formations at your own risk.

6.2. Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Training. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

7. Modification of T&Cs

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Please contact us and express your point of view in writing via our contact form on our website. We prefer dialogue to resolve any difficulties. If dialogue does not lead to a solution, only the court of Marche-en-Famenne is competent to resolve the dispute. Your purchase is subject to Belgian law.
